Rocky Mountain Swim League
records began in 1981.
CCV Vikings records started in 2005, when we opened our
25-meter, 8-lane pool.
RMSL records are updated
only at the league Championships (finals),
and thus only the first-place finishers at finals can set
new RMSL records.
CCV maintains two types of
records:
Pool records are the
fastest times swum in our 25-meter pool.
Any event winner, regardless of team, can set
and hold Pool records when s/he swims in our
pool. Pool records are updated during
each home meet, except league Preliminaries.
When a Pool record is broken, the winning time
is highlighted in the results by a "P"; e.g.,
46.05P |

Team records are the
fastest times swum by our team, regardless of
pool location. Only CCV Vikings can set
and hold Team records. Team records are
updated during every official RMSL meet in which
CCV participates (including Championships),
except for the IntraSquad meet.
When a Team record is broken,

by a "T"; e.g., 46.05T |
