Prelims Information
Prelims heat sheets will be available for sale at the meet, they will not be posted on the website.
All swimmers must check in with the coaches 15 minutes before warmup.
If you are on a relay, remember, your teammates are relying on you to be there on time. The relay cannot happen without you! If you are entered in prelims but are not going to swim, please notify the parent reps ASAP.
Show your team spirit and be sure to wear your CCV t-shirt and swim cap to all the meets.
Prelim Volunteers:
Your shifts were emailed to you on Friday 7/8. Volunteer schedules are also posted on the Meet Schedule/Results page. Kim Stephens worked very hard to accommodate all requests and to make sure we have all the RMSL required shifts covered.
Please report to your shift five minutes before the shift start time. If you cannot work your assigned shift, it is YOUR OBLIGATION to find someone else to cover your shift. It is not the responsibility of the Parent Reps or volunteer coordinator to make shift changes for you. You must find someone to cover your assigned shift. Once you do so, you MUST notify the parent reps in writing of the change prior to the meet.
